Milestone: This is old news but for over a month now, Milo and Luca have been singing a lot during their playtime. Little snippets from Oi! Animal Train and Go, Diego, Go! Most of the time the words aren’t exact but the gibberish is hilarious.

Oaks Bottom Amusement Park

The boys visited their first amusement park this summer. Oaks Bottom Amusement Park is a charming little park in SE Portland. Milo and Luca called the roller coaster a train. 

Milo had his little paw on Dom’s thigh throughout the kiddie train ride. Milo did this previously on the train ride at the zoo. It’s adorable that he’s scared and needs to hold on to his papa. 

Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden

Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden Dominic took the twins there and with all the excitement and duck spotting, they managed not to fall into the water.

Goodbye Summer

It’s been too long since I last checked in. Where has September gone? In July, we drafted up a To Do list so we wouldn’t waste one single weekend. In the end, we did a pretty good job of squeezing every last drop out of Portland’s glorious summer. The next few entries will be dedicated to this list.

Swift Watch A few weeks back we went to Chapman Elementary to watch the magical performance by thousands of Swifts.
