That’s how Milo and Luca pronounce pajamas. Truth be known there is sometimes drama involved when getting them in or out of their PJs.

Zoo
We went to the Portland Zoo for the first time this weekend. My personal favorite part of the visit was the train ride. The following morning when I went to get Milo out of his crib, I asked him if he remembered our trip to the zoo. He said, “Goat. Goat.”

Mistaken identity
A couple of weeks ago, as Dominic and I were coming home and exchanging kisses and hugs with our boys, our nanny asked, “This is Luca and that’s Milo, right?” What?!? We’ve been working with her for a couple of months so it blew me away that she didn’t know the difference! It turns out that Luca was throwing her for a loop. He has calling Milo “Wuca.”** So our nanny started to doubt her own memory. Since then we’ve been reinforcing their names when we address them, but honestly I’m in no rush to fix it because it’s so stinking cute.
**The boys aren’t able to pronounce their Rs and Ls yet. And they add an additional TH to many words. Sweet imperfections.
Here’s the little monkey being a goofball.
