Milo wins.

Milo is very competitive. We are using this to our benefit by asking them to race whether it’s climbing the stairs to our apartment or finishing up their long-drawn-out meal times.

Dominic is feeding them lunch and they race to drink their smoothies.

Milo says to Luca: “I am a fast poke and you are a slow poke.”

*He later brags to me “We were racing drinks but I win first.”

When we went home to Ohio, we ended up all sleeping in the same bed for convenience sake. It actually ended being really sweet. The boys didn’t wake up at all. One of them typically wakes up because of a nightmare, leaky diaper, etc.

Here’s a conversation Luca had right before falling asleep.

Luca: “Daddy. You so cute.”
(pause)

 “My pajamas is cute.”

(pause)
“My leg is cute.”
